Andrew Abraham

andy-0101 My name in Andrew Abraham. I have been investing in commodities and managed futures since 1994. I adhere to the philosophy of trend following. Trend following stresses a disciplined approach to commodity/ futures trading. Successful trend following and commodity futures investing requires patience, discipline and actively managing the risk. What sets me apart from other traders is that I am not only concerned about the return on investment but how much risk I will have to tolerate to achieve my goals.

Financial Day of Reckoning For The US Economy

First we had a housing crisis which some traders made fortunes by betting against the obvious. Meredith Whitney spoke to 60 minutes and brought out another obvious outcome. The financial day of reckoning for the US economy seems to be the fallout of pensions & the failures of local & state Governments. We all know that we can not spend more than we bring home. The problem is that too many State & Local Governments have bloated budgets and have bloated pensions. This is a crisis waiting to happen!
So how do we profit?
