Andrew Abraham

andy-0101 My name in Andrew Abraham. I have been investing in commodities and managed futures since 1994. I adhere to the philosophy of trend following. Trend following stresses a disciplined approach to commodity/ futures trading. Successful trend following and commodity futures investing requires patience, discipline and actively managing the risk. What sets me apart from other traders is that I am not only concerned about the return on investment but how much risk I will have to tolerate to achieve my goals.

CME Financial Safeguards- Not Really

I have attached the following document put out by the CME

The CME has so inaccurately called this document

In this document one can do a search for the word Segregated, which was suppose to protect client assets 14 times.
The reality however is that the CFTC rule has allowed FCMs to violate segregated client accounts for benefit of the FCM themselves.

This is how MF Global was able to go in and “TAKE” segregated client accounts. However they didn’t take or steal, they were given CARTE Blanche from the CFTC and Corzine’s Goldman buddy Gensler. I am not an occupy Wall Street. I am a trend follower and commodity trading adivsor. This is an absolute disgrace. Gensler needs to step down from the CFTC as well not just this investigation.

All the while, the trustees want to monies, Gensler states Firms can fail and clients monies have been misused. This is America? Is this a bad dream?

Wake up..banks in the Mid West are reeling from this. This is the tip of the iceberg!
