Andrew Abraham

andy-0101 My name in Andrew Abraham. I have been investing in commodities and managed futures since 1994. I adhere to the philosophy of trend following. Trend following stresses a disciplined approach to commodity/ futures trading. Successful trend following and commodity futures investing requires patience, discipline and actively managing the risk. What sets me apart from other traders is that I am not only concerned about the return on investment but how much risk I will have to tolerate to achieve my goals.

Commodities Customer Coalition Against the MF Global Bankruptcy

I urge you to join the Commodities Customer Coalition…

The Customer Commodity Coalition (CCC) is currently comprised of over 2500 customers of MF Global, Inc. as of Nov. 14th, 2011. Our numbers are increasing daily as the thousands of customers directly affected by the handling of the bankruptcy of MF Global, Inc. join in our efforts. The CCC is not affiliated with any single corporate entity. We have come together to fill the gap and provide all customers of MF Global and interested persons rapid and reliable information and resources to take immediate action for our common good, and that of the future of US Commodity Markets.

The CCC asserts that the freezing of customer segregated funds at a commodities brokerage firm runs counter to existing Federal laws regarding handing of commodity customer titled and segregated funds. We have therefore organized to demand swift repatriation.

The CCC asserts that actions on the part of the MF Global trustee will severely impact the operations of all commodity consumers and producers, including farmers, mining operators, ranchers, and individual families, and the integrity of the US Financial Markets and institutions.

To be effective in our collective efforts the CCC encourages all MF Global, Inc. customers to join.

I have been in contact with both Congressmen Quayle and Gosar as well as Senator Kyl who assures me he is watching the situation. Stressing that this is unprecedented in history, extraordinary messures with all parties participating in the making of us whole with regard to our segregated funds, and the cftc, spic, cme need to figure out a way to do this even if it takes an act of Congress to do so.
