My name in Andrew Abraham. I have been investing in commodities and managed futures since 1994. I adhere to the philosophy of trend following. CFTC subpoenas Harris Bank over MF Global

Isn’t obvious that since most of us wired in our funds to MF Global that Harris Bank would be involved? Harris Bank is a division of Bank of Montreal which was the main custodian for customer money deposited with MF Global and kept in segregated accounts. The subpoena by the CFTC was served within the past week.

In the meantime no reports of what was found at Harris Bank over that they are moving over some monies to the Trustee to distribute.
