Unless all clients of MF Global are made 100% whole there is no confidence in the US Financial markets!

One of hundreds of emails that I have received

Even if they are made whole at some point, the fact that they aren’t whole after five weeks has devastated confidence in American brokerages, exchanges, financial regulators, and American law as it pertains to financial markets.

I can not understand what the CME, CFTC or even the Fed Govt is waiting for!

Do they not care?

    Dear Andy,

I agree with that statement fully. All customers’ money must be paid back fully, completely, and immediately. And that includes all accounts, securities or commodities or forex accounts, US or foreigners.

Anything short of that must be regarded as robbery and criminal acts, and any confidence in US financial markets will be definitely gone.

    Andy,

I used to view the US very positively before this happened. In fact, I have been considering to migrate my family to US in the next 5-10 years. I already started to scout some housing estates this year.

However, my confidence and positive view on the US have been shaken very hard. If I don’t get 100% of my money back from MF Global, I don’t think I will follow up my plan on migrating to the US, due to both emotional and financial reasons.
