Is Jon Corzine’s excuse acceptable “I did not intend to break rules”?

Whoops…Jon Corzine did not intentional break rules. Lest I remind everyone, Jon Corzine was not properly licensed as well to run MF Global.
Why was he allowed a pass? Is it acceptable that he did not intend to break rules at MF Global?

How can a CEO who signs off at the end of year expect us to believe that

1.Sovereign positions were not financed w/client money, at least to his recollection or knowledge!
2.Do you remember at the beginning of this debacle, head lawyers for MF Global assured the Honorable Judge Martin Glenn there is no shortfall” To the best of my knowledge”
3.Corzine says “I had no intention to ever authorize transfer of segregated money”
4.”Every effort and intent in my actions” was to do the right thing. (Statement of Corzine)
5.Corzine stated he will do what he can to help. Then why did he resign after 4 days? Surly not believable!

Today is another big day for us MF Global bankruptcy victims. Lets hope the Honorable Judge Martin Glenn release 66-70% of our money!

EVERYBODY…Cross your fingers…
