Trend following stresses a disciplined approach to commodity/ futures trading. Successful trend following and commodity futures investing requires patience, discipline and actively managing the risk. CFTC Head Jill Sommers Refuses to Disclose Where MF Global Client Monies are

CFTC Jill Sommers as quoted by Reuters

Reuters 12/14/2011:

“We certainly don’t want to lead anyone to believe we don’t know what happened. We do know, and we see where all the transactions went,” said Sommers, a Republican commissioner, in an interview on Wednesday.

Yet CFTC Jill Sommers refuses to state where our money is!

Dear Commissioner Sommers:

I want to share with you my extreme displeasure regarding your actions as well as the entire CFTC.

Att: Commissioner Sommers via fax

Dear Commissioner Sommers:

I want to share with you my extreme displeasure regarding your actions as well as the entire CFTC. I am a MF Global Customer and my money was STOLEN.

You have admitted that you know where the money went.

I implore you to publicly disclose where our money is. The MF Global debacle and the lack of integrity of the CFTC and the CME have destroyed faith in US markets.

Both the CME and the CFTC have failed in their regulatory duty by permitting MF Global to steal monies from thousands of customers throughout the world.

Do the right thing, publicly disclose where our money is and return 100% of our money now.
